When we think of mental health we never think of the word self-care, however, self-care is the most important part of maintaining your mental health. Everyone needs a break, everyone needs to slow down, everyone needs self-care. How does self-care help your mental health, well here are a couple of ways that it does:

makes your feel positive about yourself
